In-store purchase
Once an order is confirmed, no changes or cancellations are allowed unless approved by us.
For pre-order items:
Full payment or deposit may be required.
Pre-order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except for delays or stock issues caused by us.

Delivery & Collection

Self-collection at store
Same-city delivery via Grab / Lalamove (delivery charges apply)
Delivery fees are paid by the customer unless stated otherwise.

Exchange / Refund
We only accept exchange or refund if:
The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
You provide photo or video proof.
We do not accept returns/refunds for:

Wrong purchase made by customer
Scent/colour preference
